I enter into this Release at my own free will. I agree, unconditionally, to assume the risk of volunteering and participating in Dubai Holding’s Ramadan Campaign 2025 (the “Ramadan Campaign”) organised by Lapis Group (the “Event Organiser”) and agree to accept all responsibility for any and all injuries I may sustain whilst volunteering and participating in the Ramadan Campaign.
I am aware that my participation in the Ramadan Campaign may require physical exertion which could cause harm, injury, pain or discomfort to me. I agree to participate in the Ramadan Campaign on a voluntary basis and I assume all risk of harm that may result.
If my participation in the Ramadan Campaign causes me any harm, personal injury, pain or discomfort, I will immediately advise the Event Organizer of this and immediately cease further participation in the Ramadan Campaign.
I warrant that I do not suffer from any medical condition and/ or incapacity which may impair my ability to participate in the Ramadan Campaign.
In consideration of DH, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, "DH Group") and the Event Organiser allowing me to participate in the Ramadan Campaign, I agree as follows:
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL LEGAL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against DH Group or the Event Organiser as a result of my participation in the Ramadan Campaign;
2. TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE DH Group and the Event Organiser from any and all liability arising from the negligence or fault of DH Group and/or the Event Organiser for any loss, damage, personal injury, property theft or expense that I may incur, as a result of my participation in the Ramadan Campaign;
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY DH Group and the Event Organiser from and against any and all actions, costs, claims, charges, expenses and damages, however caused, which may be brought or made or claimed against DH Group or the Event Organiser, arising from any personal injury in connection with my participation in the Ramadan Campaign, including but not limited to, liability for any damage to the property of, or personal injury to, any third party.
By accepting the terms of this Release, I grant DH Group and the Event Organiser the non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to record and use my likeness on film, photography, audio or any other medium (collectively the “Media”) during the Ramadan Campaign and agree that all such Media is owned by and may be used by DH Group and/or the Event Organiser for any promotional purposes it deems fit. Any use of the Media by myself is strictly limited to personal use only (except when prior consent has been granted to me by DH Group).
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS RELEASE and that I have accepted the terms of this Release on a voluntary basis and that the terms above are binding on myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives.
This Release is governed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

PARENT/GUARDIAN RELEASE FOR MINORS (under 18 years old)
I, the parent and or natural guardian hereby represents that he/she is, acting in such capacity, and has consented to his/her child’s participation in the Ramadan Campaign, and has agreed individually and on behalf of the minor, to the terms of this Release. I further agree to save and hold harmless and indemnify DH Group and the Event Organiser from any and all liability, loss, claim, or damage whatsoever which may be incurred by DH Group and/or the Event Organiser as a result of any lack of capacity to so act and release DH Group and the Event Organiser on behalf of the minor.
